Over 20 years we have helped IOSH as they have constantly expanded and changed their office accommodation to meet with their new requirements in an ever changing market, and expanded their floor space by over 50%.

We provide them with CAD services for space planning, design and re planning when they have the inevitable office re shuffles and moves. IOSH have had refurbishment works done which include partitioning, carpets and vinyl, vinyl wallcoverings, suspended ceilings and fitted kitchen facilities.

We supply and install all of their office furniture, for all office areas including open plan and individual offices, meeting rooms, Conference rooms, training suites, lecture theatre, staff rooms and break out areas, reception, kitchens and a library. Also mobile and static storage and display and training presentation systems. We also provide all of their seating and a sample service for office chairs along with ergonomic advice.

Originally, their offices were a Georgian house converted to office accommodation with a 1960’s extension. Two further extensions have been added to make one large building with open plan offices and to connect the building and colleagues together.

Currently we are undertaking a major refurbishment and fit out works for them, with new furniture throughout to accommodate new technology, with bench style desking to maximise both desk space and leg room, with the benefit of increasing circulation space by up to 30%. Hidden cable trays allow power and data to reach each workstation invisibly, with quick and easy access.

We are carrying out a well communicated phased refurbishment and furniture installation to take place with minimal disruption to colleagues who were still working in the building during the project. Teams are decanted to different zones of the building during each phase with the fewest necessary moves possible.

Health and Safety is always paramount when we are on-site working and we provide all of our clients with a mission statement and risk assessment prior to our arrival.
